Creativity and practicality for your children's Jiu-Jitsu classes.

When there's a clear methodology, children's classes become more dynamic, fun, and organized.

With a playfully planned structure, you save time, increase engagement, and transform the potential of children's classes into real growth for your Jiu-Jitsu school.

The question is: are you already taking full advantage of what these classes have to offer?

Teaching childen is challenging

So how do you keep the group consistently engaged?

The challenge of planning a solid class often makes kids lose focus quickly, and without a method, some students end up quitting early.

It’s also common to rely on Instagram drills, try new games, adapt activities… and still feel like the class doesn’t really flow in the long run. Sometimes the creativity just isn’t there — and that happens even to experienced instructors.

And then comes the question: “Am I really good at teaching kids?”

These situations are part of the daily reality for anyone who works with children in jiu-jitsu. It’s not a lack of talent — it simply means this age group requires a different, more structured approach.

It was from these real experiences that I started organizing my method in a practical, clear, and easy-to-apply way for day-to-day classes.

Why I created the method

After going through the same challenges I mentioned before. I realized I needed to truly understand how children learn. I started studying, testing ideas, and adjusting everything that wasn’t working well.

Little by little, I put together only what actually made a difference on the mats. What eventually became the Guarda Kids Method came from that process: simply a clear way to structure classes according to each child’s age, attention span, and learning pace.

With time, that allowed me to leave engineering behind and live from jiu-jitsu. And many instructors who adopted the method have shared real improvements: calmer classes, more motivated kids, and groups that stay for many years.

If you’re looking for a more organized and lighter way to run your classes, this method will help you.

So…

Who is this course for?

  • Jiu-Jitsu instructors who want to improve their kids’ classes with new approaches and greater confidence.

  • Academy owners who want to increase enrollments and retain more students.

  • Assistants who help with kids’ classes and want to become full instructors.

  • Parents or guardians who want to teach jiu-jitsu in a playful yet technical way.

Truly practical

Many instructors have limited time, so the method was organized into short, practical segments that are easy to watch and apply the same day. There are no fixed-time live sessions or long study blocks.

Those who have never taught children will find simple, playful activities that are easy to follow.

Those who already have experience gain a structure that keeps classes focused and removes the need to reinvent every lesson each week.

The online content is lightweight and accessible: it works well on both mobile and desktop, and can be revisited whenever needed, with support available for questions.

For social projects, having a structured methodology helps organize classes more clearly, making the work easier to maintain and even supporting efforts to secure partnerships or consistency.

And because academies operate in very different contexts, the method was built on broad principles that can be adapted to any group. That’s why more than 430 instructors worldwide have been able to apply it successfully with children of various ages.

The course is practical — something rare nowadays — and offers a variety of options for teachers, always adapting activities for children. The way the techniques are presented helps to recall their simplicity, allowing the methodology to be applied to youth and adult classes as well.

Over the past few years, I’ve organized all of my work with children’s classes into a complete resource designed to help instructors structure their lessons with clarity and consistency.

This content includes:

  • more than 40 short, practical lessons with examples you can apply the same day;

  • approximately 6 hours of video lessons, organized by age groups (3–5, 6–9, and 10+), so you can adapt your routine according to the students’ maturity level;

  • visual resources that make it easier for children to understand and help you teach values;

  • continuous updates whenever new activities or adjustments are added;

  • a certificate for those who want documented study hours.

In addition, I’ve included resources that make your daily work easier:

  • a summary list of the lessons with more than 120 printable activities, useful to take directly to class;

  • a lesson on positioning and marketing, focused on attracting new families;

  • an internal events guide showing how to create experiences that strengthen the connection between children, parents, and your school.

Access is valid for a full year — enough time to study, apply, review, and adapt the material to your reality.

The current investment is: U$ 187
